What Botvee does on Gmail

Replies, booking confirmations, reminders and alerts go out from your own Gmail address.

The customer sees one conversation, not a new email each time.

Add your mailbox with an app password and the agent reads incoming email too.

Email conversations appear in the same Botvee inbox as WhatsApp and website chat.

The agent reads each new email and writes a reply from your own knowledge base.

Choose draft-only to approve every reply first, or let the agent send on its own.

Pick which kinds of email it may answer, and set working hours, a signature and the tone of its replies.

Each draft and send is logged, so you can see what the agent did and when.

1Choose Gmail in your dashboardOpen Integrations, pick Gmail and select the AI agent that should use this address.

2Connect with GoogleClick “Connect with Google” and allow Botvee to send email for you.

3Turn on receivingChoose “Set up manually — receive and send”, pick the Gmail preset, then enter your address and a Google app password.

4Send a test emailEmail your address from another account and check the reply.

Signing in with Google gives Botvee permission to send only. It cannot read your mailbox that way.
