Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the Botvee Partner Program (the "Program") run by BOTVEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Botvee", "we"). By applying to or taking part in the Program you ("Partner") agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy; where they conflict on a Program matter, these terms prevail.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Every application is reviewed, and you become a Partner only once we approve it. We may decline any application without giving a reason. Referral links work only while your account is approved.

When a visitor opens your referral link, your code is saved in their browser for 30 days (only if they accept referral storage in our cookie banner). If they create a Botvee account within those 30 days, they become your referred customer. If they open another partner's link afterwards, the most recent link replaces yours. A referral is credited only at sign-up; existing accounts and sign-ups without a valid saved code cannot be attributed later.

If a referred customer's payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed. If that commission has already been paid to you, we may deduct it from your future commissions.

You must not:

• refer yourself, your own accounts, or accounts of people or businesses you control or are closely related to;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or promote Botvee in breach of anti-spam law or any platform's rules;
• make false or misleading claims about Botvee, its features, pricing or results;
• bid on "Botvee" or close variations of it as a keyword in paid search, or use it in domain names, ads or social handles;
• impersonate Botvee or suggest you are Botvee, its employee or its official reseller;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivised sign-ups or any other way of creating referrals that are not genuine.

You are responsible for any taxes due on the commission you receive. You are an independent contractor: nothing in these terms makes you Botvee's employee, agent or partner in a legal sense, and you may not make commitments on Botvee's behalf.

Either party may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation if you breach these terms. Commission earned through fraudulent or prohibited activity is forfeited, including any that is unpaid. If your participation ends without a breach, commission you have already earned that has passed the 30-day holding period is paid to you, provided your balance meets the $50 minimum.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, as set out in our Terms of Service.
