Live demo · Lumora
A real store, a real agent. Go and talk to it.
Lumora sells tech, fashion, beauty and home goods, and the chat in its corner is Botvee. It has learned the store's 25 products, its shipping and return rules and its FAQ. Open the store and ask what a shopper would ask.
Opens in a new tab. Nothing to sign up for, nothing is ever charged or sent.

What to try
Four questions worth asking
Each one is answered from Lumora itself: its pages, its products and orders. Nothing is scripted.
Which headphones are good for long flights, under $200?
What it does: Recommends from the store's own catalogue: the Aura ANC Wireless Headphones at $179, with the noise cancelling and battery life from the product page, and a link to it.
How long does the sofa take to arrive, and is delivery free?
What it does: Answers from the store's shipping FAQ: white-glove delivery is free on furniture in the contiguous US, and the sofa takes two to three weeks.
Where is my order?
What it does: Asks for the order number and the email it was placed with, then looks the order up in the store and reports its status.
Can I return a perfume I opened?
What it does: Says no, from the store's return policy: fragrance and skincare are returnable only unopened, and size exchanges are always free.
On the site
On every page, in the site's own colours
The same widget your site gets: a greeting, the questions people ask most, and a chat that knows which page the visitor is on.

It says hello first. On a product page the agent knows the product, so "does this come in another colour?" needs no name.

Open, it is the site's. Its name, its colours and its opening questions are set in the Botvee dashboard; yours would carry your brand.
What is running behind it
- The catalogue, read from the store, so answers carry real names, prices and links
- The store's pages and FAQ, learned by URL, so policy answers are the store's own
- Order lookup in the store, by order number and email
- A hand-off to a person when the agent should not answer
How it answers
What happens in the four seconds after you press send
- 1
The visitor asks
In the widget, in any language. On a product, listing or treatment page the agent already knows what is on screen.
- 2
The agent looks it up
In the site's catalogue or listings, in the pages it learned, in the orders or the calendar. It does not guess.
- 3
It answers with the goods
A real name, price and link; a policy in the site's own wording; a booking with a calendar invite.
- 4
Or it hands over
A question it should not answer, or a visitor who asks for a person, goes to the team with the whole conversation.

What Lumora's owner sees
Every conversation on the site lands in one dashboard, with Lumora's own data: the chats, and what the agent did with them.

About this demo
Questions people ask before they open it
- Is it a real store?
- A real site with real product pages, yes; a demo store, so no payment is ever taken and nothing ships. Everything the agent says comes from that site.
- Are the answers scripted?
- No. The agent answers each question as it comes, from the store's catalogue and pages. Ask the same thing two ways and you get two answers.
- Can I see the dashboard side?
- The screens above are the dashboard the store owner sees, with Lumora's data. For your own, start for free: the dashboard comes with the account.
- Will it look like this on my store?
- The widget's name, colours, greeting and opening questions are set in the dashboard, so yours carries your brand. The agent learns your products and pages the same way.
The same agent on your store, before lunch
Connect WooCommerce or Shopify, point Botvee at your site, and it learns your products and pages the way it learned Lumora's.
