What you can train on

• Website pages
• Help centre and FAQs
• Product and service information, or a synced store catalogue
• Internal documents, if you want the AI able to discuss them
• Google Drive folders that keep themselves current

Watching training

Dashboard → Task Monitoring shows each training task and each URL: what succeeded, what failed and why. If a page fails, check it is publicly accessible and try again.

• Answers reflect your business, pricing and policies
• Far fewer generic or invented replies
• Accuracy compounds as you add more real content
• The experience feels personal instead of scripted

Best practices

• Use clear, current content — remove anything outdated
• Never leave two conflicting answers in the knowledge base
• Start with Home, Pricing and FAQs, then widen
• Retrain after every pricing or policy change
• Test in Playground after each retrain
