Connect it

   Open Dashboard → Integrations → Google Calendar

   Choose the calendar to use in Calendar Settings

What it does

• Creates a calendar event for every booking, with the customer’s details
• Checks your real availability so double bookings do not happen
• Respects your working days, slot duration and buffer time
• Updates and cancels events when a booking changes
• Sends reminders through your chosen reminder channels

Notes

• Availability rules live in Botvee; Google is the source of truth for existing busy time
• Set the correct timezone — nearly every wrong-slot complaint is a timezone mismatch
• Booking works without Google Calendar, but you lose two-way availability
