What counts as a message
- AI message — one reply generated by your agent, on any channel (website, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, email)
- Human message — one reply sent by you or a team member from the Inbox
- Visitor messages are never charged

Watching your usage
Dashboard → Usage shows AI messages, human messages, agents, seats and storage consumed this cycle, with the reset date. Botvee warns you before you hit a limit.
Important
When a limit is reached the agent stops generating new AI replies until you upgrade, buy an add-on, or your cycle resets. Existing conversations and data are never deleted.
Tip
Purchasing an add-on is treated as a sensitive action — you will be asked to re-authenticate before checkout.
