Plans & Limits

Botvee plans are built on credits. Every plan, free or paid, gives you credits each month. The same credits pay for AI replies, your team’s messages and the automatic messages your customers get. Read this page to choose a plan, understand what uses credits, and know what happens when they run low.

Before you start

• Know roughly how many chats you get — One AI reply uses 10 credits, so 5,000 credits is about 500 AI replies a month
• Know which features you need — Leads and bookings need Starter or higher; removing Botvee branding needs Pro
• A card — The Free plan needs a one-time $1 card check, refunded right away. Paid plans are charged monthly or yearly

Plan comparison

The Free plan needs a one-time $1 card check, which is refunded right away. Its 500 credits renew every month at no cost. Payments are handled by Paddle. Paying yearly costs 20% less than paying monthly.

How to set it up

   Open your plan

   Go to Dashboard → Billing → Plan & Invoices. You see your current plan, its price and when it renews

   Compare plans

   Choose monthly or yearly, then look at the credits and features of each plan

   Choose a plan

   Click the plan you want. You go to a secure payment page to enter your card

   Confirm

   After payment your new credits and features are available straight away, and the invoice appears in Plan & Invoices

What a credit pays for

Credits are used only when something is actually sent. Messages from your customers never cost anything. Training your first AI agent is free.

What happens next

   You use credits as you go

   Dashboard → Billing → Usage shows how many you have used and the date they renew

   At 100% you get 5% extra

   We tell you by email and in your dashboard, so nothing stops by surprise

3. 3

   If the extra runs out too

   AI replies and automatic customer messages pause. New customer messages are still saved in your Inbox

   Add a pack or move up a plan

   Everything carries on straight away

5. 5

   Your month renews

   You get your plan’s full credits again

Add more credits

Need more credits without changing plan? Add a pack of 1,000 credits at Dashboard → Billing → Add-ons. You can add as many packs as you need. A pack is paid once and valid for 30 days from purchase. Unused pack credits expire after 30 days and are not refunded.

Good to know

• Your chats, leads and data are never deleted when credits run out
• Credit packs are not available on the Free plan
• You can also add extra AI agents, team seats and storage. See Usage & Add-ons
• Botvee asks you to sign in again before buying add-ons or cancelling, to protect your account
