Sync Drive files into your agent’s knowledge base, so the documents your team already maintains train the AI without re-uploading.

Connect it

   Open Dashboard → Integrations → Google Drive

   Click Connect and authorize with Google

   Pick the folders or files to use as sources in the Drive Sources dialog

   Botvee imports and trains on them

What it does

• Imports supported documents — PDF, DOCX, TXT and more
• Adds them to the Knowledge Base as normal sources you can review or remove
• Keeps your training material where your team already edits it
• Counts toward your plan’s storage allowance

Notes

• Choose specific folders rather than your whole Drive — irrelevant documents produce worse answers
• Remove a source in Botvee to stop it informing replies
• Google access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account
