Explore Features
Some features are optional. Dashboard → Explore Features lets you switch them on or off, and they appear in or disappear from your sidebar immediately — so you only see what you actually use.

Connected
Dashboard → Connected is the single place that answers “is everything actually live?”. Every channel shows a status dot, the agent it is attached to, and a reconnect option if a token has expired.
Tip
Features marked PRO on the free plan are visible but locked. Clicking one shows exactly what unlocks it.
