Feedback Collection
QualityBotvee asks customers to rate their chat with stars. You see every rating in one place, and you can invite happy customers to leave a public review on Google, Trustpilot, Facebook or Botvee. Use it to learn where the AI or your team falls short, and to collect more good reviews.
Before you start
- An AI agent live on your website or WhatsApp
- Optional: your review page link — From Google, Trustpilot, Facebook or another site, starting with https://
How to set it up
- 1
Open Agent Settings
Choose your agent at the top
- 2
Turn on User Feedback
Under Communication Triggers. Set when the rating prompt may appear
- 3
Choose a review platform
Under Customer reviews: Off, Botvee, Trustpilot, Google, Facebook or Other
- 4
Add your review link
Needed for Trustpilot, Google, Facebook and Other. It must start with https://
- 5
Choose “Invite after a rating of”
5 stars only, 4 stars and up, 3 stars and up, or Every rating
- 6
Click “Save Agent Settings”
Ratings are asked for in new chats from now on
What happens next
- 1Chat ends
- 2Customer rates 1 to 5 stars
- 3Rating saved
- 4Good rating gets a review invite
- Website chat — Shows “How did we do?” with 1 to 5 stars
- WhatsApp — Customers rate the AI, or the team member who helped them, from 1 to 5 stars. It uses no Botvee credits
- Reviews — After a good rating, the AI invites the customer to review you. With Botvee, they write it right in the chat. With other platforms, they get a button to your review page
- Rate each reply — An optional thumbs up or down under every AI answer
What you can do with it
- Read every rating — In Dashboard → Feedback
- Track satisfaction — Your CSAT (customer satisfaction) score and its trend are in Analytics
- Find weak answers — Thumbs-down replies show what the agent should learn next
Good to know
- Rating requests on WhatsApp use no Botvee credits. Meta counts each one as a normal message: 1,000 a month are free per number, then Meta charges. See WhatsApp Templates
- The review link must start with https://
Tip
Trustpilot and Google ask businesses to invite every customer, not only happy ones. Choose “Every rating” for those.
