There are two independent messages: “Tell me about every order” reaches your own WhatsApp the moment the order appears, paid or not; “Confirm the order to the customer” goes to the buyer once their payment is confirmed — never before.

Set it up

    Enable Order Details in Explore Features

    Open Dashboard → Order Details

  3. 3

    Pick the AI Agent connected to your store

  4. 4

    Switch on “Tell me about every order” and enter your own WhatsApp number

  5. 5

    Switch on “Confirm the order to the customer” if buyers should get a confirmation

    Save

Notes

  • Messages are sent from the agent's connected WhatsApp Business number
  • A customer who has never messaged that number is outside Meta's 24-hour window, so these messages use approved templates
  • A connected store — Shopify or WooCommerce — is what delivers the order to Botvee

Tip

Place a test order after setup. Your number should buzz within seconds of the order landing.
