Usage & Add-ons

Billing

Usage shows how much of your plan you have used this month. Add-ons let you buy more of one thing — credits, AI agents, team seats or storage — without changing plan. Check Usage when your credits feel low, and buy an add-on when you need a little more for a short time.

Before you start

A paid plan for credit packs — Credit packs are not on the Free plan
Your account password or passkey — Buying is protected, so Botvee asks you to sign in again

How to check your usage

Open Dashboard → Billing → Usage. You see your credits, AI agents, team members, storage and saved chats, and which features used your credits this period. The date your credits renew is shown too.

How to buy an add-on

Open Dashboard → Billing → Add-ons
You see each add-on with its price

Choose what you need and how many
For example two credit packs, or one extra team seat

Check the total
The price is worked out for you before you pay

Sign in again
Buying add-ons is a protected step, so Botvee asks you to confirm it is you

Pay
The extra is added straight away and the invoice appears in Plan & Invoices

What you can add

Your plan and invoices

Dashboard → Billing → Plan & Invoices shows your plan, lets you change it, and lists your invoices. Paying yearly costs 20% less. Card payments are handled by Paddle.

Good to know

Pack credits are used for the current month only
Your data is never deleted when credits run out

Important

When your credits and the 5% extra run out, AI replies pause until you add a pack, change plan, or your credits renew.
